These terms explain what you can expect from Droplin, and what we ask from you in return. We keep them as simple and reasonable as possible.

1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, logging in, or using Droplin in any way, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you are using Droplin on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that these terms also apply to that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Please let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must be at least the minimum age required in your country to enter into a contract in order to use Droplin.
3. How you can use Droplin
Droplin is designed to help you organize documents, keep track of admin tasks, and surface useful insights. You agree not to misuse the service.
This means you will not: (a) try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; (b) use Droplin to store or share illegal content; (c) attempt to access other users’ data; or (d) use Droplin in a way that violates applicable laws.
We may temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.
4. Data, privacy & security
We store and process your documents and data in order to provide the Droplin service, improve the product, and keep things secure.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee 100% security.

5. Payments & subscriptions
Droplin offers a free plan and optional paid plans. If you choose a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge you the subscription fees and applicable taxes.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically issue refunds.
We may update pricing from time to time. If we change prices for existing subscriptions, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Droplin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Any savings suggestions, tax ideas, or recommendations surfaced by Droplin are for informational purposes only and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of Droplin is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim arose.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using Droplin at any time and may be able to delete your account and data from within the app or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Droplin if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create security risks for other users.
Where reasonable, we will try to give you advance notice before we close or materially limit your account.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the product, the law, or how we operate the service.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
If you continue using Droplin after the new terms take effect, that means you agree to the updated version.
